However, his speciality is in creating the right musical ambience for a variety of corporate and social functions, taking account of the needs and mood of the moment. The mix of the music can range from jazzy ‘standards’ at one end of the spectrum, through show tunes to light classical at the other, depending on the clientele and type of event.

When a good quality piano is not available at the venue, it’s no problem – Andy Cartledge is self-contained with his own state-of-the-art digital piano and this has proved to be a very effective substitute, perfect for Andy’s full range of repertoire.

As well as many private functions Andy’s work also includes regular engagements at top hotels including Cliveden and Monkey Island alongside the Thames near Maidenhead and The Windsor, Conrad, Chelsea Harbour and Meridian Piccadilly hotels in London.
