Formed when they were students at some of the top London Conservatoires, The Amethyst String Quartet is now an established ensemble and will provide quality musical entertainment to enhance your special day - whatever the event.

All four players are professional musicians who, in addition to a busy quartet schedule, perform individually with the major London orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic, Orchestra of St John's Smith Square and English National Ballet. The players have performed variously with Pavarotti, Cliff Richard and Dionne Warwick amongst many other household names.

Their extensive repertoire embraces a wide range of styles and includes popular classics from Bach to the Beatles, as well as show music, television themes and operatic excerpts. Given sufficient notice The Amethyst String Quartet playlist can be tailor-made to suit your own individual requirements.
